The traditional screen printing machine guide belt and screen plate washing are omitted.
The raw color paste does not contain alkali, urea and other materials, which can be placed for a long time and reduce the pollution to air and water.
As the color fixation rate is more than 95%, the water consumption for washing is 2/3 less than that for screen printing, which is conducive to the treatment and recycling of waste water. There is less color falling during washing, and the recycling rate of reclaimed water can reach about 90%.
