1. Printing slurry

3. Fuzzy pattern
The edge of the pattern is not smooth and clean, and the lines are not clear, which is often caused by improper singeing or improper color paste concentration.
4. The flowers are not accurate
Because the printing drum or screen is not aligned longitudinally, the alignment of front and rear patterns is inaccurate. This kind of defect is also called inaccurate color registration or pattern displacement.
5. Parking seal
As the printing machine stops suddenly in the printing process and then starts again, color stripes are produced on the fabric.
6. Partial embrittlement
On printed fabrics, where one or more colors are printed, they are often damaged, usually due to excessive use of destructive chemicals in the printing paste. This problem can also be found in the discharge printing position of discharge printed fabrics.
