As soon as we entered the factory, Mr. Jia showed us the new special equipment for wet transfer, which was independently developed and manufactured. The feature of wet transfer printing is that the fabric can be directly transferred with the film processed by intaglio printing or digital ink-jet printing without drying after the previous treatment. In addition to the independent manufacturing of transfer equipment, even the special auxiliaries, inks, films, plate making processes, printing processes and other supporting products required for printing are all independently developed by Zerui CNC, which also makes the price advantage of this printing scheme very obvious when compared with other enterprises on the market.
It is understood that through this set of wet transfer printing scheme, the color fastness of the finished product can reach above 3.5, and the sewage discharge can be saved by 60% compared with printing plants of the same scale. The COD discharge is one tenth of that of printing plants of the same scale, which belongs to the domestic innovation and the international leading environmental protection technology innovation.
In the sample exhibition room, Mr. Jia showed us the printed products of several kinds of cloth. The first is a photo fine towel print. Through the unique wet transfer printing process, the printing effect of finished products on the same fabric can be improved again than the traditional process, with bright colors and strong sense of hierarchy. At the same time, ordinary ink can be used to achieve the penetration effect on the towel without revealing white.
In addition to towel products, environment-friendly denim is also a major feature of Zerui CNC. Through the digital printing process, the effects of water washing, cat whiskers, monkeys and holes required by denim can be printed on the surface of the fabric, making it more green and environment-friendly while ensuring excellent visual effects.
Mr. Jia told us that due to the recent relocation, the printed products in Zhuji Exhibition Hall are mainly towel cloth, and the next step is to add a wet transfer printing scheme for knitted fabrics. In addition to cotton products, linen, silk, wool, nylon and other fabrics can be printed with this set of wet transfer printing for high-precision quick return printing. The finished products can be widely used in clothing, clothing, home textiles, outdoor leisure products and other fields. In addition to Zhuji, Zerui CNC will also set up exhibition bases in several printing centers to further promote this printing scheme to the market.
